I was in here last night for a food allergy (first time). I work in health care and am typically a tough judge of other providers but I received great care AND everyone had a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend their care, especially Dr. Garrett.
Really frustrated and won't be going here. I called to try and see if this was where we should take my husband. The front desk said she cannot give me a medical diagnosis which I was in no way asking for. Next I asked if they took our insurance and she wouldn't tell me, she also wouldn't even tell me where there pricing started. Very frustrating and I would have loved a little more compassion and more helpful information especially when I'm so concerned for my husband.
The best ER experience I have ever had! So friendly and quick to take care of me!
I was there overnight for complex surgery! Got help with everything I needed, things were wonderful from checkin to discharge. Thanks to all that took care of me
Talk about a major screw up by the Admissions office. 90 minutes before our scheduled surgery, we check in and the admissions rep realizes that their office dropped the ball and forgot to get the required authorizations. Sad really; the nursing staff we met with during the orientation were super friendly and helpful, but when you walk in and the Admissions staff are the first people you communicate with the day of surgery and they do this, it completely ruins the whole vibe of the hospital.
